Offer requires customer to, during the promotional period: (1) establish a new account and at least one new line of service with Bluegrass Cellular or renew an existing line; (2) simultaneously purchase an eligible smartphone device through a Bluegrass Cellular Freedom, Expanded plan; (3) pay sales tax on selected device; (4) make a valid trade-in of wireless equipment; (5) have a Bluegrass Cellular account in good standing and with at least twelve consecutive months of timely and full payments (if a renewing customer), or have credit check results that Bluegrass Cellular deems acceptable at its sole discretion (if a new customer); (6) and may require sign up for auto pay or paperless billing; Customer must also fulfill all device and service plan payments for the entire Freedom, Expanded Plan payment term for the selected device.


Applicable credit(s) ($100 bonus credit) will be applied to Customer's account, divided and disbursed equally over a twenty-four-month period. Promotion provides monthly credit only; no cash payments will be made. If Customer’s service is deactivated or suspended for any reason or if Customer’s account is not kept in good standing, all future credits that would have been issued pursuant to this promotion will be forfeit and Customer will be required to pay full outstanding prices of selected wireless device immediately upon termination.


Valid trade-in requires trade-in of equipment determined by Bluegrass Cellular, in its sole discretion, to be in working condition at time of trade-in. Trading in equipment transfers ownership of equipment to Bluegrass Cellular but does not release customers from any obligations to Bluegrass Cellular, except as expressly set forth in a written agreement between customer and Bluegrass Cellular. All trade-in transactions are subject to the Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions. Bluegrass Cellular is not responsible for removing any personal, confidential, or sensitive information from equipment traded in.


Service plans are subject to plan Terms and Conditions (including early termination fee or obligation to pay full outstanding price of selected wireless device immediately upon termination, depending on plan). Customer must retain active Bluegrass Cellular service for at least 6 months, and Customer must keep their account in good standing for that time period. If, during that initial 6 months, Customer's service is deactivated or suspended for any reason or if Customer's account is not kept in good standing, Bluegrass Cellular shall debit the full promotional credit, from Customer's account.
