Step One: Update your Software
In order for your iPhone 5 to be compatible with our 4G LTE network, you must first update your software to iOS 6.1. This update can be done through iTunes or by using WiFi. We do recommend backing up your files before completing the update to ensure that nothing is lost.
To find out what software you are currently running:
Go to Settings > General > About
To initiate the download for iOS 6.1:
Go to Settings > General > Software Update*Please be sure to update your software before visiting a Bluegrass Cellular Customer Care location.
Step Two: Visit a Bluegrass Cellular Customer Care location
One you have updated your software, please visit a Bluegrass Cellular Customer Care location during normal business hours. There, a Customer Care Associate will work with you personally to configure your iPhone 5 for use on our 4G LTE network.
