Usage notifications allows customers to receive notifications when they reach certain voice, text and data thresholds. Alerts will be delivered via text message and/or email to help customers avoid unexpected overage charges.

Visual voicemail allows you to immediately scroll through your voicemail messages by using the visual interface of the iPhone.

Want to be able to talk to more than one person at a time?  Try 3 Way Calling.  3 Way Calling is free and can be added to your account upon request.  3 Way Calling is not available on Pay-As-You-Go plans.  All calls are debited from your package plan.  3 way calling works differently depending on the phone being used.  In most cases, the 3 way call starts by placing or receiving a call from one number.  Select the option to connect another number.  This option may be listed as conference call on your phone’s display, or add another caller.  Some phones do not have menu options at all.  These phones require you to press the send button once, dial the number, then press send again to connect the call.

When you hear a tone, you can put the first caller on hold by pressing the SEND key. You may return to your original party by pressing the SEND key again.
