Text and Picture Messaging Tips: Text messaging charges apply to messages sent or received. To send a short text email to a Bluegrass Cellular text messaging customer, address your email to the 10 digit phone number (which includes the area code) @sms.bluecell.com. Example: .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). If sending a text message from phone to phone, simply address the text message to the 10 digit phone number of the recipient. Domestic to International Text Messaging is 25¢ per text sent or received (texts either sent to an international phone number or received from an international phone number). Available on all plans except Unlimited Pay-As-You-Go and Lifeline plans. Messages can be sent by placing the country code in front of the mobile number. Country codes can be located at http://www.countrycallingcodes.com/.

Note: Equipment Insurance must be added to your account within 30 days after your purchase and activation of a new phone on the Bluegrass Cellular network. Pay-As-You-Go plans are not eligible to receive Equipment Insurance.
