*Plans require service agreement subject to credit approval and $150 early termination fee. Compatible network (CDMA) phone must be procured by or purchased from Bluegrass Cellular or one of its authorized agents. Airtime charges are billed in full minute increments, with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. Digital features many not be available in all areas. Roaming and/or long distance charges may appear in subsequent bills. Applicable bonus minutes are for a limited time only: 100 bonus minutes apply to 1 year agreements. Existing customers may not switch between plan types (local to nationwide/nationwide to local) for at least three (3) consecutive billing cycles. Fifty percent (50%) of customer's total airtime during any single billing cycle must be used within Bluegrass Cellular's home coverage area. Included long distance applies to calls within the 50 United States. On select plans, home mobile-to-mobile calling can be added for $9.95 per month which allows free Bluegrass-to-Bluegrass customer calling within 38-county home coverage area. Night & weekend minutes times are from 8pm-5:59am EST, with weekend times from Fri. 8pm-Mon. 5:59am EST. While outside Bluegrass Cellular home coverage area, the night/weekend times follow the time zone of the area from which you place the call and begin at 8pm from that area's local time. Nationwide Family/Business Share Plans: Nationwide 250 and 350 minute plans offer up to 2 additional lines which can be added for $19.95 per mo./per line. Nationwide 650 and 850 plans offer up to 3 additional lines which can be added for $9.95 per mo./per line. Nationwide 1250 - 6000 minute plans offer up to 5 additional lines for $9.95 per month/per line. Nationwide Individual Plan: Add-lines not available.
