*Restrictions: Plans require service agreement subject to credit approval and $150 early termination fee. Compatible network (CDMA) phone must be procured by or purchased from Bluegrass Cellular or one of its authorized agents. Airtime charges are billed in full minute increments, with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. Digital features may not be available in all areas. Roaming and/or long distance charges may appear in subsequent bills. Existing customers may not switch between plan types (local to nationwide/nationwide to local) for at least three (3) consecutive billing cycles. Local 200 Plan: Overage charges will apply at the rate of $0.35/min. Local Unlimited Plus Plan: unlimited calling includes calls made from 38 county home coverage area & includes long distance calls made from this area. Calls made outside the 38 county home coverage area will deduct from the additional 100 nationwide minutes included in plan. Overage charges will apply at the rate of $.35/min. Call forwarding feature allows calls to be forwarded to voice mail only. Included long distance applies to calls within the 50 United States. Fifty percent (50%) of customer's total airtime during any single billing cycle must be used within Bluegrass Cellular's home coverage area.
