Restrictions: BlackBerry® smartphones not sold without activation of BlackBerry® Internet and Email service. Text messaging is used for setup of BlackBerry® Email and Internet service; therefore a text messaging package must also be selected. If no package is selected, outbound text messages will be billed at $0.20 per message; inbound text messages are free.  BlackBerry®, RIM®, Research in Motion®, SureType® and related trademarks, names and logos are the property of Research in Motion Limited and are registered and/or used in the U.S. and countries around the world.  Used under license from Research in Motion Limited. Service agreement subject to credit approval and $150 early termination fee as well as $15/mo max $100 early cancellation fee if $30/mo. data service is canceled. Plan requires use of compatible network device procured by or purchased from Bluegrass Cellular or one of its authorized agents. Airtime charges are billed in full minute increments, with partial minutes rounded up to the next full minute. Digital and data features many not be available in all areas. Data roaming (1x or EV-DO) is available nationwide when on a Bluegrass Cellular roaming partner network. Data and voice service and performance subject to limitations. Fifty percent (50%) of total data usage (measured in kilobytes and megabytes) during any single billing cycle must be used within the service territory of Bluegrass Cellular. Note: Equipment Insurance must be added to your account within 30 days after your purchase and activation of a new phone on the Bluegrass Cellular network. Pay-As-You-Go plans are not eligible to receive Equipment Insurance.
