Customer Service | Elizabethtown Headquarters
Deliver friendly, energetic customer service by answering incoming customer calls.
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
One day off during week (normally Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday depending on availability)
- Answer at least 3.57% incoming customer service calls and chats per day in a friendly, polite manner, supplying the caller with accurate information.
- Adhere with scheduled shift requirements related to arrival, breaks, lunches, and busy out time.
- Participate in Bluegrass Cellular’s Vision of “Treating Customers like Good Friends”.
- Participate in KPI program.
- Adhere to the 1 on 1 goals.
- Able to process existing customer account changes and side work in a timely and accurate manner.
- Capable of trouble shooting technical difficulties for customers.
- Cellular background preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and PC skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Solution oriented and able to think outside of the box
- 2 years customer service experience
