Call Center - Customer Service Representative

Customer Service | Elizabethtown Headquarters

Summary
Deliver friendly, energetic customer service by answering incoming customer calls.

Hours
Monday - Friday 11:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
One day off during week (normally Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday depending on availability)

Responsibilities

  • Answer at least 3.57% incoming customer service calls and chats per day in a friendly, polite manner, supplying the caller with accurate information.
  • Adhere with scheduled shift requirements related to arrival, breaks, lunches, and busy out time.
  • Participate in Bluegrass Cellular’s Vision of “Treating Customers like Good Friends”.
  • Participate in KPI program.
  • Adhere to the 1 on 1 goals.
  • Able to process existing customer account changes and side work in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Capable of trouble shooting technical difficulties for customers.

Requirements

  • Cellular background preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and PC skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Solution oriented and able to think outside of the box
  • 2 years customer service experience
